Refund policy

At Kore Art Studios, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and cancellations under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@korebusiness.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item is damaged or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as processing may have already begun. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item following our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.
